Refund & Return Policy

At VELLISSEA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly delayed.

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery.

🕓 Return Period

  • You may request a return within 5 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

  • Items must be shipped back within 5 days after return approval.

  • All items must be returned in one single shipment.

📩 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at: mysteryjars@vellissea.shop Include the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Photos/videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

⚠️ Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

✅ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Include all accessories and documentation

  • No visible signs of wear

  • Returned within the approved timeframe

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Blind Box Items (Jewelry Jar): Due to the nature of mystery products, all "Jewelry Jar" and blind box items are FINAL SALE and strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.

  • Items show signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • Missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Return is sent without approval.

  • Return request is made outside the allowed timeframe.

  • Express or premium shipping fees.

If a return is rejected, the customer must arrange pickup or return shipping at their own expense.

Please DO NOT return items to the address on the package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in defective cases).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

Refund includes: ✓ Product price ✓ Standard shipping fee (only if the item is defective or incorrect)

Refund does NOT include: ✗ Return shipping costs ✗ Express or premium shipping fees
